Jsem Martin Janeček,
IT profesionál s více než desetiletou praxí, který aktuálně působí jako Product Owner Senior.
Mojí klíčovou rolí je řízení celého životního cyklu softwarových produktů, od definice požadavků a analýzy až po dodání hotového, funkčního řešení. Mé odborné zaměření na produktové řízení staví na pevných technických základech. Léta jsem zastával pozice Systémového administrátora a správce počítačových sítí, kde jsem získal hluboké porozumění pro stabilitu a správu IT infrastruktury. Tato kombinace technických znalostí a analytického myšlení je klíčová pro efektivní komunikaci s vývojovými týmy.
V IT i v řízení projektů je pro mě prioritou preciznost a stabilita, protože věřím, že pořádek musí být. Můj profesní profil doplňují i dřívější zkušenosti s Grafickým designem.

● Used Scrum rules to manage development tasks and kept the technical work aligned with the company goals.

● Organized meetings and demo sessions for stakeholders to make sure everyone knew what was happening and agreed on the plan.

● Presented technical information and product functions to both potential new clients and current customers.
● Ran training sessions for people using the applications and for our own staff, showing them how to use the apps best.

● Handled Active Directory, which included creating user accounts, setting up group policies, and managing access rights.

● Supported and ran virtual systems like Hyper-V and VMware ESXi.
● Provided high-quality help to clients and solved difficult hardware problems
● Was available 24/7 on call and answered the telephone hotline for urgent system problems and infrastructure issues.
